Speaker's Profile - Al Argo

Al Argo is Asia's Engaging Speaker, has presented over 10,000 one-on-one sales presentations, training sessions and speeches in the last 15 years. His diverse background in advertising, sales and marketing, communications, management and the non-profit sector assist in his expertise in training in areas such as goal setting, communications and “Customer Centered Selling.”

Upon graduating University with a degree in Advertising & Marketing he began to work in Product Development and Sales for one of America's leading daily publications. He later went on become the marketing director for The Alzheimer’s Centers - Tampa Bay. Eventually, Al established Target Marketing which quickly became one of the areas leading Advertising / Promotional Product firms. Al Argo and his family have made their home in Singapore since 2003.

Argo is certified to administer the DISC Personality Profile and is available to assist your or your organization with Behavioral Analysis.

He is a member of Asia Professional Speakers. (affiliated with National Speakers Association-USA and the International Federation for Professional Speakers).

Workshop Topic: Infusing creativity into your business and personal life

Synopsis
Creative thinking goes beyond the ability to come up with elegant solutions and money making ideas. It is about expressing your unique personality in everything you do. As human beings we are designed to be creative, build and obtain enjoyment out of the exercise. However, there are psychological, social and cultural barriers that hinder creative  behavior. In this talk you will discover how to overcome them.

Speaker's Profile - Hector Ramos

Education
Hector holds a Master of Science degree in Creative Studies and Change Leadership by the University of New York, USA (2005) and a Bachelor of Science degree in European Community Studies (French, Italian) by the College of Cardiff, University of Wales, UK.

Professional Experience
Hector is a consultant, facilitator and trainer of creative thinking in Singapore. His area of expertise is the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving (CPS) framework. He also offers training in creative thinking including a diversity of frameworks, thinking tools, creative cognitive, emotional principles and instruments to enable groups to discover and leverage on their creative and innovative potential and abilities individually and as a team.

In South East Asia he has facilitated, co-facilitated and trained various clients and conducted public workshops for Citibank, CitiCorp (SE Asia), Teachers’ Network (MOE) (Co-facilitation), Facilitators Network (Singapore), Marcus Evans (public workshop for 34 senior executives from the banking and insurance industries) , • Schneider Pte Ltd, • Singapore Institute of Management (co-facilitated public workshop for executives) and Aljunied Town Council

In Buffalo, New York, USA he facilitated diverse clients: 
Buffalo State College Leadership Center, Bethesda World Harvest International Church, Shabach Realty, Eerie County, Commission for Women under 30. State of New York, Buffalo State College Computer Services

At the International Centre for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo, New York, he was awarded the ICSC alumni foundation achievement award. He also organized the International Conference Expert to Expert to establish a learning community for alumni, students and professionals in creativity. This event attracted over 75 professionals.

As a creative thinking consultant, he leverages on his professional experience in operations and marketing in the publishing and environmental sectors in South East Asia. He founded and is currently heading the Singapore International Affiliate of the American Creativity Foundation in Singapore to promote the study and use of creative thinking in Singapore. Hector is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. He has also done advanced studies in theology (Singapore and School of the Prophets, Malaysia).

Speaker's Profile - Zeal
Zeal is an independent and accomplished speaker and trainer of self development and empowerment workshops, for individuals and corporations. A 2nd Upper Class Honours graduate of the Universiti Teknologi Mara from Malaysia, Zeal has had experience in business and entrepreneurship for the last 8 years expanding throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

He started gaining training experience in his family management consultancy business. Speaker's Profile - Tan Hai Tat
Mr Tan Hai Tat founded HT Zone that specialised in web design, hosting and IT training (www.htzone.com) in 1999. Mr Tan graduated from National University of Singapore with B.Sc (Comp. & Info. Sc.) in year 2000. He was the pioneer batch of Entrepreneurs who took part in the Technopreneur Home Office Scheme (THO).

Besides HT Zone, he is the founder of 2 other companies, Network Technoprise Pte Ltd and Lifelong Training Centre. Mr Tan was featured in Project Eyeball (www.htzone.com/story/) in Oct 2002. He was also part of the team for "NetTech CareerGuide 2001" project, which developed and distributed 20,000 CD-ROMs on career guidance to more than 80 secondary schools/JCs. He has also worked with People's Association in conducting various IT talks and courses at schools and Community Clubs/Centres.

Mr Tan Hai Tat is a Qualified Google Advertising Professional and had more than 5 years of experience in using Google Adwords. Mr Tan had been in the Internet industry since 1999.
