a business community like what we are doing in Ozone, is not an easy
task. Why is that so? Building a barter community is not just the
task of the Ozone management, but also that of all members of the
community. By drawing in other businesses of which you can help and use
their products and services eventually benefits you. If
you have always been using a particular printer to print your
namecards, business collateral, promotional material and letterheads,
and really love their work, and although we have printers in the Ozone
community - you've always wanted to stick to using your own printer; by
introducing your printer to the rest of Ozone means that you can save
your cash by converting your cash expenses into barter expenses, and
introduce him to other services that can save your favourite printer
cash as well.
What goes around comes around, because we are all in the same community, businesses within this community of Ozone barter, will first give priority to businesses within this group, before considering other businesses. If all members contribute positively to helping persuade only one or two members to join our little barter community, your little or seemingly insignificant act, might just help more than just yourself, but the entire community of over 200 members (now approaching 300). So never negate any effort in recommending or referring people you think would benefit your business or benefit from bartering to grow their business. In addition to that, if the person you recommended joins Ozone, you will also be rewarded with barter points - which would go somewhat to alleviating some of your business costs.
